What are Powers of Attorney?
Most people understand what a Will does. A Power of Attorney is a little bit like a Will; but it’s for living people instead. If you were to suffer a stroke and be unable to communicate or be unconscious from a car accident you would need someone to speak to the doctor on your behalf. You may even require someone to manage your financial affairs if you are unable.
